The worst!!!! DO NOT GO THERE....If the staff at the front desk are an indication of what's going on in the back I would be scared if I had anything mechanical done. Angry antagonistic and totally unprofessional,where do they find these people. I have notified my insurance,they should not be sending anyone there, gives them a bad reputation as well.

Horrible place to repair your vehicle . I got my vehicle fixed there after an accident through an insurance claim and the service was awful. When I went to pick up my car and drove off the lot I hear a bunch of cranking noises, I called to inform them and they told me they cannot fix the entire car as they think the car needed repairs from before the accident , sent my back to be inspected by BMW after they fixed it to find out that the bolts were not tightened properly and they had left a tool inside on the my plastic covers underneath the car. Thankfully I was able to bring it to get fixed properly at BMW . The unprofessionalism and lack of accountability was extremely disappointing .Let’s not forget how UNSAFE and DANGEROUS is it to drive a car with loose bolts and they claim to be professional mechanics but can’t put bolts on properly. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Safety concerns are definitely a HUGE issue.

I went there be cause someone had scraped my bumper while trying to parallel park. Place said they had to remove the rear bumper to fix it. They did a good job. Next day my sensors started acting up. Few days later the sensors stopped working. I figured they weren't plugged in properly, but it wasn't a huge deal. I was busy so I didn't rush to get it corrected. When I did finally call, the rep was hostile. (Why didn't I call sooner? The insurance won't cover this. Probably got into an accident and am trying to get it fixed through insurance. I should go to the dealership since they'll probably need parts the shop doesn't have and will have to order). I said I'll pay out of pocket, why does insurance matter? But the tone remained hostile. Basically accused me of trying to commit fraud. So I took his advice since he clearly didn't want to help. And what happened? Dealership said the sensor wasn't properly connected after the paint job. So, although the paint job was good, the customer service was belittling and rude.

I do not recommend this garage at all.
I was sent there by my insurance company and it was the worst experience ever.
They charged my insurance for a wheel alignment and they never did it. I had to take time off my work to go get it done at another garage and my insurance paid me back. They also did the bumper alignment poorly which cause my ballast to burn and they don't want to take responsibility for the bad job they did. Very unprofessional and liars... I never write reviews but they deserve one.. 0 STARS

I got my car repaired here. It was delivered in a layer of ice of 3 mm thickness. The hood was not adjusted. After 3 days there was a plastic piece above the light which was not fixed correctly or it was low quality or used and after 3 days of driving was gone by wind or hit of something on the road. Unfortunately they didn’t accept the guarantee condition. I think they use low quality parts except the OEM which I’m not sure whether they are used or brand new ones. This was not a good experience.

After having a nightmare experience with a different procolor location, words can’t describe how thankful I am for coming here! They did my estimate within the first week of my accident and ordered the pieces right away and my car was fixed the week after. They did an excellent job & this location also has a mechanics garage, so if your car was damaged internally/mechanically as well from your collision, you’re in the perfect hands here. The courtesy car was also very nice & clean. Will see them again if I have another accident knock on wood!

I think I had excellent service. I'm from Sherbrooke and despite everything they gave me a courtesy float. On my return, as at the start, they spoke to us in French even though it was an English neighborhood. Shortly before my departure I was reassured about my fears on the bumpers. I personally find that they are spatic and professional, since they also replace the engolieveur.
