Worst manager I ever have seen in my life makes no sense lmao promo code states "5 PER LIMIT" He makes his own rules the store isn't owned by you why you care if I resale or not adidas doesn't care as soon as you leave the job.

There was a huge discount going of 50% ! I coped two Adidas pants which I am very content of my purchase. Was helped by a very kind, patient gentleman. Wouldn't mind coming again; place was clean, staff organized & helpful.Great ?

The worst customer service ever!If your package was lost or stolen, you would hardly receive an exchange or refund.I ordered a sweatshirt and track pants online and didn't received any shipment notice. The official website shows standard delivery is by UPS, but it actually shipped by TForce. I work at home all day on 21th June. The tracking package link showed the package was arrived mailbox room lobby on 6pm 21 June when I checked shipped status at 7 am on 22th June. It's horrible I couldn't find the package in the mailbox area. I checked with the apartment office and even inquired the delivery detail on the tracking the shipment website. TForce just quickly replied an email with a picture which showed a package placed in the mailbox area - a long shot. Then they didn't answer anything.I called the customer service to report the missing package. But they answered they would investigate this issue around 8-10 days and sent a conclusion by an email. Until 7th July I received nothing and I checked reddit someone said as follows "However, if the tracer confirmed your package delivered to the shipping address you provided but gone missing, in this case, we are afraid to inform you that we will not be able to assist you further with it since this issue is considered package theft. adidas is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen and/o damaged before and after confirmation of delivery.”Luckily, I received an Email on July 8th to note they had issued a refund in the next 3-5 business days. The whole process was unpleasant, it would be great to add an option such as order online and pickup in-store.

A very friendly staff.. my card was declined due to an error from the bank.. I was paying for a yeezy and it was really crowded, but they waited for me to sort it out. That was really nice
