UPDATE: Manager Martin Beaulieu clearly cares about his customers and contacted me quickly following the review below. He reimbursed me for the excess fees charged and recognized a problem in the way he did things. So good customer service is appreciated.Original review: IMPOSSIBLE TO TRUST THEM, HAVE NO PAROTHE. The positive opinions expressed here undoubtedly apply to people who have purchased new vehicles. For my part, I bought a used RAV4 hybrid at the end of July. I got an extended warranty on it. When I took possession, I was told that there was a remote starter but that it had been deactivated and I was told to come back later to change tires and that the company would look for me, etc. OK, if you offer I'll take it. I take the car home and don't touch it again. A few days later, my husband goes to start it, nothing. After reporting to the garage etc... we will end up starting it with cables. We will also take the opportunity to retrieve the manual which was not given to us...I then notice that the hybrid mode is not activated. At least it activates at startup and deactivates within a second. Even in a parking space, it is the gasoline engine that is used by the car, while I do not use AC or heating etc.... In fact this seems to be because the battery never really charges completely. As a result I find myself having paid a hybrid price for gasoline... I make an appointment one morning. They confirm to me that it's the battery. The mechanic takes my car away and comes back a few minutes later telling me the change was made. Except that in the end, the problem persists. During this visit, I also mentioned the famous starter and the service attendant texted me: `In any case you are due for your RV tire change, the company that takes care of it will be there, we can tell them to take a look for you'. OK. Very difficult to get appointments, I found one on November 30, one morning, when I had to hurry to my work by bus. The gentleman who greets me with his iPad tells me about tire alignment. Total $249. I leave perplexed. I then text to cancel the alignment because it's ridiculous I barely used the car. He confirms cancellation. In the evening I collect the car and the bill remains at 249! With the added bonus of almost $100 billed to look at this famous starter and tell me that yeah, it's disabled and therefore we can't do anything. A joke? Why put this gadget on me, push me to take appointments for it and charge me to 'take a look' to tell me again what you told me when I took possession? All you had to do was take it off and we wouldn't talk about it anymore! I have an extended warranty on it but I'm afraid they will never honor it. I didn't even take RV for EV mode (they didn't want to look at tire day, even if I left the car with them for one more day), I know it won't do any good, they'll do as they please. habit, nothing and will charge me a lot afterwards. The icing on the cake, a small detail: I also noticed during the first days of ownership, a small flap which no longer clipped into place at the rear, under the chassis. I mentioned it during my last visit. On the invoice they supposedly gave me free labor on it. You know what? The flap is unclipped, as if nothing had been done. In short, I will never again be caught buying a car from them and trusting the famous Toyota service.

Le manifold de sortie était troué et les attaches du mufler avait lâchées sur une Prius. Je me suis dit que je pourrais essayer Alix pour la réparation. Erreur majeure, estimation 7500 $ !! J'ai fait réparer ailleurs pour 1000 $. En fin de compte, ils m'ont quand même chargé 150 $ pour l'estimation. Pire place possible pour des reparations. Je n'y retourne plus jamais.

Courteous service most of the time (with notable exceptions however) and respect for appointment times. Relatively well established customer management process. Technical expertise is not in question, it is a good maintenance workshop in my opinion. The circulation of information between departments is, however, a problem, the responsibility for customer relations being regrettably compartmentalized ("it's not me / my problem / my department"), leading to unpleasant situations, even in a very particular situation. with an employee a complete lack of responsibility combined with a condescending attitude. Questionable invoicing or sales strategies due to lack of information for the customer (e.g. We want to sell new tires without having any advice or information sheet on the models, we charge very high prices for repairs that we say we have taken less than 5 minutes to do and which have not been previously estimated) and chronic difficulties in getting the correct time. Obtaining the condition of my stored tires, despite several attempts spread over several months, has never borne fruit, even when speaking to people (we first state things without detail, then we contradict the previous information, then we no longer knows, then we no longer honor our commitments to verify the information). The very cordial intervention of management in these situations was appreciated, but apart from openly recognizing the dealership's shortcomings and apologizing for them, there is no solution, avenues for improvement or compensation offered. . This unfortunately resulted in a breakdown in relations with this dealership which, despite my initial enthusiasm towards it, I will no longer frequent.
