I arrived at 701pm...the women at the counter refused to open the door or even listen to me. I needed dog food for my dog who is old an needed food for the weekend.The lady at the counter seemed very eager to counter her money and not help. Living close and loving animals..i will not be coming back.Sorry guys ??????

Found this fabulous well-supplied store tucked into the quaint street of Gauthier, east of Parc Lafontaine and was not disappointed! Service was outstanding -- the one chap helped guide me to the perfect cat toys with recommendations, and I had a wonderful chat at the cash about trying to find proper cat care and pet-minding services. They are a very busy store with superb offerings, yet they took the time for me, which was so appreciated!

Got a beautiful dog bed for our new pup here! It fits perfectly in our space and the team were kind enough to order it in the colour we preferred but that they didn’t have in stock. They called us when it came in & were so friendly. Will definitely be back for some pet food & toys!
