Went in for a replacement bracelet for my Apple Watch and they found a solution in 5 minutes. Beautiful space, much needed upgrade over the previous location.

Philip helped me explore the Apple Vision Pro, and he was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire experience. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which made my visit to the new store even better. I really appreciate the excellent service I received. Also, they did not had lens for my particular sight for the vision pro so it was difficult for me to use the it properly. It was clearly the issue with availability of the lens. I would greatly appreciate if the store generally doesn’t have these kind of issues because this is the only store in Montreal for me to try the demo.

Thank you to Wes and his superior for helping me out. They went out of their way to replace a malfunctioning product of mine, despite the fact that I only had the original box and no receipt.
Very appreciated , amazing quick service and beautiful new store!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Apple Store. I went in for a replacement Apple Watch due to a heart rate sensor issue, which Apple acknowledged. However, the replacement watch they provided forces an iPhone software update just to pair it.
I explained clearly that updating my iPhone would slow it down, reduce battery life, and eventually push me toward buying a newer phone. The manager showed zero flexibility, zero empathy, and was frankly rude and dismissive. No attempt was made to offer a real solution or alternative.
This felt less like customer service and more like forced obsolescence. For a company making hundreds of billions every year, this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
I am done with Apple Watches and will be switching to Garmin. Apple’s ecosystem feels more like a trap than a premium experience.

Very disappointing experience.
I was told that I could bring my phone anytime, even 3 hours before closing. Based on that information, I planned my entire day and traveled to the store today.
Once I arrived, they suddenly told me they couldn’t take my phone because they had “too many phones to repair.”
This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If you cannot handle repairs, do not give customers false information. I expected much better service from Apple

Had a problem with apple care and they gave me a free accessory which was impossible to claim. The manager upstairs on Dec 30 2025 at approximately 6:00 PM rectified the situation and made it possible to retrieve without having me go through more unnecessary hoops. Give them a raise!!!!!! And thank you ✨💅🏼

I hope that the manager of the store will see my review and make strict reaction to what happened to me. Actually I came on Wednesday December 17th at 8:30pm (30min before the closing time) to buy a phone case. A girl and a guy were sitting there and doing nothing. The store's website and Googlemap indicated that the closing time is 9:00pm. However they refused to let me come in and were looking weirdly at me. When I told them that there are still 30min before closing time, the girl started locking the door. That was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will never come to this store, because it employs such people

Went to pick up some AirPods. Vibes in Apple stores are as cringe as people say, feels like being surrounded by superficial snobs everywhere you look. Employees were nice though.
