Drove all the way downtown to buy a computer with an upgrade on the RAM and the SSD memory.I was turned down as they "didn't have it in stock". For some reason I couldn't order it in the shop, pay for it there and then and come back to pick it up. It had to be online.But their website isn't secure on a Samsung phone and for some reason it won't accept my payment method in the private browser.So yeah Apple, I don't understand why I can't pay in the store for a product I'd be picking up at that same store at a later day anyway. Not impressed with your customer service.

Worst experience ever, manager was condescending came onto the floor saying “it’s gonna be a quick one, French English??” No introduction or proper greeting. When commencing to resolve the issue, he had a smirk on his face, rude stole my money even though I have apple care. Not the money it’s the principle. Misinformed and miscommunication, unprofessional.

2nd unpleasant experience at this store. I feel like it’s a systemic issue, at least at the store level. Went in for a repair appointment. The person in charge was late. The whole setup and meeting were a little disorientating, like you got seated great, but there’s no designated areas for anything so people were just loitering around. What’s weird was that there were a few personnel so free they’re chatting about their own private lives, while many clients were not served yet (maybe free guys shouldn’t loiter around?). I work in a technical profession, imagine how confusing it’d be for non tech-savvy folks. Finally the guy came, no greetings no apologies whatsoever, “I finally have time for you” vibes. In order to repair a part, I had to pay for another part too, interesting, I voiced my concerns about Apple designs, got ignored. Diagnostic run, price given (expensive), “will be ready in 7-10 days.” Around a week later, received a cryptic email asking me to call local store number regarding repair. Uh oh. Called, got routed to the general Apple automated service (what’s the point of being asked to contact a local number then?). The general service guy said he couldn’t get through to this store, and instructed me exactly which words to tell the automated voice service when I call back. Ok. Called back, surprise surprise, found more problems, and like before, repairing another part called for replacing even another another part, they came in bundle, excellent design, truly. Price quoted = roughly 4x than before. Yes 4x. Told them I needed to think about it, she said “you only have max 10 days to think.” Wokay. Confirmed I wanted the repair later, was told “another 7-10 days.” Why? Was I being put back to the queue again? If yes, why? In the meantime, through a portal that I got from the previous general service call, I could track the progress (the very first repair guy in store said there’s no such thing). Finally, status: ready to be picked up. A few hours later (all business hours), still no notification via email or whatever, strange, wouldn’t know if not tracking on this portal. Went to the store anyway, asked the guy why there’s no notification, guess what? I received one minutes later. Geez, thanks?The only saving graces were the great services by the general service guy on the phone and the employee who handed my product back.Apple, you pride yourself on streamlined, intuitive designs. Why does one need to jump through so many hoops to get a decent service? A very expensive one at that.

Wanted to say thank you to the amazing team at this location. Came in with a broken phone, but had the pleasure to connect with 5 employees who all helped me with my situation and purchase. Thank you Assan and the entire team for your patience and support. Seriously the kindest people!

The store is so small and it takes forever to speak with a staff member. Once you do, the experience is quick and efficient. But the chaos of waiting, people standing everywhere, not worth the trip. I shop online preferably.

TLDR; Gigantic waste of time. Employees have a victim mentality. No critical thinking is applied. Avoid this particular Apple Store.——Some of the employees at this store are doing Apple a disservice.I drove to this store after work on launch day to get a phone case. I get to the door at 19:45 and I am told I cannot enter the store because they are “closed” even though there are clearly people inside the store browsing and chatting it up.My goal was to go in, grab a case, pay as fast as possible and be out. Instead I get stopped and told “just order online and come back tomorrow to pick it up” because “it was launch day and we had over 10,000+ customers”.I’m sorry you guys had to work and interact with more customers than usual today but that shouldn’t result in your already-reduced-opening-hours (what store in the downtown core closes at 20:00?) to be reduced even further.Also, yes, let me dilute my customer experience further by having no choice but to order online in order to have a chance at getting into the store. Surely I can’t see the different colours and materials of phone cases in the flesh that would be way too privileged of me!You would think showing up at the door with their flagship model in hand with a very specific ask that should take less than 5 minutes would be welcomed but no. Critical thinking is not applied here./vomit

Apple things and policies aside, this store has some of the friendliest people and most helpful staff out there willing to go out of their way to get you some information.I went in to pick up my iPhone as I usually do and wanted to trade in unexpectedly and they took such good care of me.

Exceptionally efficient store; very professionaland knowledgeable staff. I have been coming to this location for years and I’m always stunned how well oiled and precisely crafted their customer service is - no matter the amount of customers.

I went today to look at a MacBook Pro to buy. I needed some information on the product. I found one guy who works at the shop and he was free. I asked him if he could help me. He told me to go and wait at a counter to be served. They were so many workers having discussion with clients about their life and some of them seems free with no client. I asked one of them to help me. He responded in a rude way that he was busy and I should wait and also, there were people waiting before me to be served. I was the only one with no agent. I waited half an hour. People came and left and they were served even they arrived after me. I left the shop with no help and I did not get the info I needed.I hope they work with commission, because one of them had lost the commission he or she could earn on my big purchase which is worth more than seven thousands dollars.I will call Apple and I hope they will be more helpful online or on the phone.How can such good product hire such rude and lazy people?

I’ve never seen such a useless store. What’s the point of having the technical team open until 8:00 and stating it online while the only they do is tell people that there are no appointments until the following day. Plenty people and room if you want to buy a product but those same employees are suddenly not available if it’s for a technical issue. What really pissed me off was the attitude. The only reason we pay that much is for the service and the customer service is overall really bad. I’ve been reluctant to leave Apple for a while. This store surely convinced me to drop them for good. If you’re reading this, trust the reviews. There’s a reason why the rating is so low! This store it doing a huge disservice to Apple.

I went to Apple to exchange my IPhone and Anthony from the sales department was really helpful. He went beyond our expectations to give us the best help and deals for me and my boyfriend which we didn’t know that we we’re eligible and that made our day. That’s what we call a good customer service! Thank you :)

Long wait times, limited help and patronizing behavior make purchasing here an exercise in frustration. If you choose to buy an Iphone, consider purchasing elsewhere or online.My experience buying an Iphone at this store hurt my perception of Apple, damaged my and my hopes for the future of the human species. May god have mercy on us all.

Unfortunate horrible experience. I walked into the store on a Sunday at 12:15PM. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy - an iPhone 14 Pro. I walked up to an Apple representative saying I wanted to buy a phone. He told me there was a 30 minute wait to buy a device. He then left. I was not put in a cue or in a waiting line to be seen by anyone. He just said there was a 30 minute wait and left... I promptly left and went elsewhere to buy my phone.

Too many people. Not enough staff. I went in with a broken computer. I had to wait to for over an hour even though I had an appointment. The staff are nice and it is not their fault that management wont hire more people. I was going to buy a laptop but i just couldn't wait another hour so i left.If you go here, make sure you know you will be spending most of your time waiting.
