The staff are amazing, knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming, providing great service and information. The place is buzzing and full of passion. While a bit of a trek for some, it is absolutely worth the visit and has become a go-to shop for many. It is a highly recommended destination for aquarium and reptile enthusiasts.

This place was surprising -- the staff are just amazing. So friendly, knowledgeable, passionate about the animals, and welcoming. A quick stop turned into the highlight of our day! Also their range of fish and reptiles is excellent.
