He did a test spot on my truck and gave me a more than reasonable quote that l I gladly accepted. Little did I know I was about to experience the best customer service of my life (it’s all downhill from here). All along, Ryan kept me updated of his tedious process of bringing my car back to life. Saying he went the extra mile would be lying to you : he went the extra around the globe. From measuring paint depths, to incorporating wet sanding, to removing door handles, to doing extra work (ex: polishing my headlights without me asking), this experience kept surprising me every step of the way. The work he did with the attention to detail he put forward would have EASILY cost me twice as much elsewhere and I doubt anyone else could have done as much of a good job. “I brought my X3 in for oil change/filter, transmission fluid change/filter, I had the actuator gear in the transfer case changed out with a solid brass one/fluid change, and had the rear differential fluid looked at, all good, and I had the Valve cover gasket replaced as it is a 2009 model. A few other things and I took it on the road to Toronto the same day I got it back. I must say, the price I payed for the top tier service was no where near the value of the joy and feeling of confidence I had in pushing hard on my ultimate driving machine. The solid brass actuator gear replacement makes in feel like I did a crazy upgrade to the drive train. It’s amazing. Thank you Helmut, Sebastien, Igor, and everyone at the shop for the amazing work. Instead of giving me the usual “Sorry, we’re full today” without even hearing me out (which I experienced at 3 garages before I came here), John took the time to listen to my situation. I had just gone for a vehicle inspection, and my licence plate was suspended because they found a nail in one of my tires. I needed it repaired as soon as possible so I could get back on the road. John went out of his way to check if one of his technicians had time to fit me in, and they were able to repair my tire right away. I was in and out in less than an hour with the problem completely resolved. On top of that, they noticed that another one of my tires was starting to lose air. Instead of ignoring it, John was honest enough to point it out and make sure I was aware of the issue before it became a bigger problem. That level of honesty and attention to detail is hard to find these days. Excellent customer service, great communication, and a team that genuinely cares about helping people.
