J'y ai acheté un produit (bras mélangeur) qui a cessé de fonctionner sans raison après 1 an d'utilisation. L'assistance de Best buy me renvoie au magasin pour un échange, le magasin me renvoie au fabricant, et le fabricant me renvoie à l'assistance de Best Buy. Bref, je vous déconseille ce magasin si vous recherchez des produits durables ou un bon service à la clientèle.

Don't trust their advertised opening hours. Showed up at 8:05 when GMaps, their website AND the holiday hours card on their own damn front door says they're open until 9pm. Staff just didn't seem interested and argued with me that I was wrong, when there is literal evidence on their front door. Went to the Source inside Eaton center instead and bought a $2200 laptop. Based on the other reviews, Best Buy corporate needs to look into how this place is managed, because it looks like a joke.

Va au magasin réalisé pas que maintenant les jeudis ça ferme a 20h et il genre -10. Désolé les filles je ne réalisais que vous étiez dans votre fermeture. Parcontre j'ai trouvé ça plutôt moyen que tu me disent" ça te tentait pas commander par ordinateur". D'accord si tu m'avais dit désolé ont ferme, je serait revenus le lendemain.J'ai suivis ton conseil, parcontre j'ai préféré commandé en ligne chez votre concurrent il va venir le porter demain.Malheureusement votre service en ligne ma toujours déçu et horripilé par sa complexité et ça lenteur. J'ai préféré payer 5$ plus..

On essaye d'appeler pour annuler son abonnement et ils ont des "problèmes de pc" c'est du jamais vu on m'a dit de rappeler. Après évidement être passé par un horrible robot avec 9 choix très long puis encore plus de choix pour vous découragez complètement de continuer.

It doesn't get any easier to leave a store empty handed, these dudes couldn't sell a bottle of water to a man dying of thirst.Came in fully ready to buy an $850 item and 4yr purchase protection. Insane margins on this sale. The only barrier was that they wouldn't bring out a remote to change the brightness on the demo monitor I was looking at. I've worked at Best Buy, I know y'all keep the remotes in the lock up, "we need a technician to do it" my a**. Reviews online make it clear that the brightness of the monitor was a divisive aspect of the product and I wasn't about to make an $850 purchase without seeing what it was capable of.All I got from the rep was "trust me bro, it's bright", and "what? you don't believe me?" when I said I'd need to see it to believe it.Better luck next time.

Wasted 20min of my time. Came in to trade in an old phone to buy some headphones. Asked an employee how to trade in the phone, he said go wait in line at the Best Buy Mobile section. I waited 20min in line then it was my turn, got told I couldn't trade in the phone today because it would take 30 minutes to do the trade-in. I told him literally everyone buying a new phone was there for 20-30min doing the activation process. Still no.Wouldn't be annoyed if I wasn't told to wait there initially, wasted 20mins of my time. Brought my money elsewhere and will be doing so in the future.

The cashier completely changed his attitude just because I didn't buy the extended warranty. He even refused to give me a bag, saying that "I would have to pay for it", even though I had already spent more than $700 on the product itself.

Every time I go to this store I can’t help but feel so sorry for the owners of Best Buy and the amount of money they are losing with this location. The store clerks are just there to chat amongst themselves. Even if you actively request for help, they will give you a look and treat you like you don’t deserve to be there. Only come to this store if you’re ready to find by yourself the thing you’re looking for. I was ready to spend a good amount of money in a new monitor and I didn’t just cause I didn’t consider a customer service like that deserves my money

I bought my new laptop from there on 8 September 2023. Some of them are nice in communicating, some don't know English and some even don't know how to deal with the customers. Plus, they don't know after buying a product it is necessary to give a bag to the customer. I can say many things but don't want to waste my time here.

I bought a tablet here recently. If it wasn't for the low price I would've walked out. Service was inadequate. It was hard to find a salesclerk. I noticed all the salesperson are male. And rude to women. The clerk they finally sent kept saying Hi because I wouldn't say Hi. So what? Then when I wouldn't say Hi he started to put the tablet back. It was like if I don't say Hi no tablet for me. I found another clerk to get me the tablet. I complained about the rude clerk and they kept smiling. It was very annoying. I reported the clerk to the supervisor who took it more seriously and said he'd speak to the guy. What a creepy place!

I've ordered a Samsung galaxy product for my wife's birthday, but at the due date it was not delivered to the store. That day was my last day in Montreal and they had nothing in stock to offer me. I was so disappointed and felt ignored, but finally a very kind staff named Chelsea found me a canceled order with the same specs and I could spend a great day with my wife. Thank you Chelsea thank you BestBuy Sainte-Catherine Montreal.

Terrible experience. The store's Sales Representative gave out multiple false information, charged me for memberships I did not agree to, and misinformed me about the payment process. Will definitely NOT be going back or recommending this store to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! (especially from Victor)I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. I got scammed into buying an iPhone with the 2 years Geek Squad insurance. The employee (Victor) told me a false claim that the insurance covered something it did not because he knew it was important to me. While it was my fault that I didn’t take a closer look at the policy before buying, I trusted the supposed “expert” to give truthful information. When I went back to make an insurance claim, I had to wait 2 hours just to meet with a manager, only to be told Victor lied to me (which I had no evidence of but why would I spend hundreds of dollars and not triple-check something I cared about).I’m not saying that every Best Buy employees is sleezy, but it does say something about the overall corporate culture if both employee and manager of this branch are not customer centric. Overall, Best Buy has lost a customer for life.
