I rarely write reviews but I am appalled by the lack of customer service this branch provides.I have called serval times the branch, I have left voice mails and have sent emails to the person who opened my account. It's been more than two weeks and I haven't received a single response.It is unexcusable that it's impossible to reach anyone at this branch.I was promised a welcome bonus when I opened an account with them. I did, fast forward 6 months I haven't received anything. I called customer service they told me I had filled all conditions and told me I needed to contact the branch where I opened my account.It is so frustrating that I need to go in person to ask for a simple question. in my books BMO has provided the worst customer service I have experienced in my life.

I made an appointment with Tyrel Ritchie. My first impression of him was a cold and unfriendly individual with no personality. He opened me a line of credit but requested a co-signer to call him to finalize the application, so me and my co-signer have been trying to call him for 3 weeks now and left him multiple messages without any call back. He's probably watching youtube while drinking his starbucks coffee. DONT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH TYREL "Too cool for school" RITCHIE unless you like wasting your time.

Benn trying to close my RRIF account. Had appointment saw Mr Rawlins. Said eveything is good. I should receive my money in 7 to 10 days. left several messages with no reply. Called customer service on hold for an hour to be told Mr Rawlins will call me right make..Never did. Still no money been waiting over a month. Did as they asked and wrote to the bmo review and still no asnswers. I guess I have to try and go higher up the ladder

On Thursday there is a lack of staff at the counter there should be more than 2 it is not enough in my opinion especially on a Thursday

The worker Josee is extremely helpful. Shes the best in the branch. Yes the line is still slow. The manager needs to work on that. But this worker is an angel !!!!

Very nice service had an appointment with Adam Larbi he treated us very well in quite polite manner he told us each and every plan in a very well detailed manner although we reached late and even after his shift is over at 5 but still he continues to serve us very good guy Fast service undoubtedly Adam Larbi is the best employee in the bank love to visit there again and again Highly recommended

Ultra slow service! It's an ongoing issue and I don't see any improvements over the months (or years).I came at 11am, 8 people were there but the line hasn't really moved for 15 minutes. I left and came back at 1:15pm, still the same line up (only 2 tellers). There's a notice saying the waiting time might be longer than expected, but are they trying to improve this?? Is it due to the understaffed or inefficiency of the staffs or the poor management? ?
