Beautiful shop and helpful staff.
However, after making our purchases, we refused to use the toilet for our child who is learning to clean. Fortunately there are several shops around. We were able to find it immediately and avoided disaster.

Lovely little shop with good quality shoes and boots. I like the fact that they carry a lot of European, American and Quebec brands (like Martino boots!). In short, a good place if you are looking for a good selection of fairly high-end shoes and boots.

I recently had a mixed experience when visiting this store. While looking for a new pair of shoes. As soon as I entered, a salesman approached and politely asked, 'How can I help you?' I responded explaining that it could wait, but the seller insisted and offered immediate help. It's important to understand that as a customer, sometimes we prefer to take a moment to explore items before initiating a conversation with a seller. Unfortunately, despite my request to defer assistance, the seller persisted. I think it's critical for sales staff to recognize the signals from customers who want to explore on their own before getting help. It's a question of tact and listening. Fortunately, the saleswoman with whom I then interacted was understanding and gave me the necessary space. However, the initial experience with the first seller's insistence was disappointing. I usually take the time to choose items, especially when it's a big expense like a $400 pair of shoes. Although the store offers quality shoes, the customer service approach could be improved to ensure a more pleasant experience for all customers. Please take these constructive comments into consideration. Sincerely

I loved my in-store experience!There is a good selection of quality winter boots and I found a pair that suits me well. There are boots in half sizes and that's important to me.Next time I need boots or shoes, I'm definitely going back :)Special mention to Emmy who was super nice and friendly :)
