I ordered a cabaïa bag online on October 8. It says it ships between 2-5 business days. We expect a maximum of 5 days when the period is busy like Christmas or when there are a lot of items but unfortunately October 18, which is 6 working days later (the 14th being Thanksgiving does not count ) my order wasn't even picked up yet... I had to call the store to ask to pick it up the following week. I live a little far away but I had no choice otherwise my order would have arrived too late. The person I spoke to on the phone and then in the store was polite and accommodating, which is why I give it 4 stars, otherwise the online service is 0

was in a bind looking for a pair of shoes to wear to a wedding the next day, found the only pair of heels they had and asked the associate their return policy as I wasn’t sure I liked them but I needed something - was told I had 8 days to return if I didn’t like them it was all good. The shoes were on a rack with a 50% off sign but when they rang up they weren’t 50% off… based on the reassurance I could return if I didn’t like them and the time crunch I bought them.
Came back the next day to return them as I didn’t like them with the dress and at that point I was informed their return policy is exchange or store credit only and that there was no way they could give me my money back. When I asked why they didn’t say that when I asked about their refund policy they told me it’s on my receipt…. Which I would’ve only received/seen after paying for the item...
Based on other review more transparency on the return policy would benefit the store. I understand why some businesses don’t want to offer full refunds but make that obvious to your customers before they purchase.

I bought a defective raincoat for $200 which tore at the snap button. Despite an exchange, my second coat still does not fit, however, given a clear quality problem Bubbles does not want to give me a refund. I am extremely disappointed I could not exchange my coat 4 times every year especially given the cost of the coat! Following my refund request it becomes difficult to get follow-up from the store... responses to my emails are rare.

Absolutely fabulous service! We were served by three different people and all of them were outstanding! I had lots and lots of questions and they answered them all and they were very very patient. The shop has all sorts of wonderful things including a large selection of backpacks. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I recently purchased a Nobis winter coat from Boutique Bubbles and I couldn't be more satisfied.
