I have never been to the store but I had the opportunity to order an item (pastry robot) online. My choice of color was not available, the store was proactive and called me to inform me that they had to bring in this color, which would delay delivery. It's rather rare today for merchants to inform the customer of a delay (it's generally up to the customer to call to find out where the order is) so it's really appreciated! The package finally arrived in a more than reasonable time, very well packaged and protected. Very good experience on my side.

Excellent high-end cooking product selection with stellar customer service. My defective epicurean cutting board was replaced without any hesitation. They also provided very useful insights when I was looking for a quality honing rod. Highly recommend!

Very prompt and professional. Purchased a glass food steamer to be shipped to BC from their store in Quebec. Received the package with delicate wrapping style and they used as much as it needed of wrapping bubbles and papers for the sake of glass protection. Glad to support a local Canadian/Quebec business. Definitely recommended for everyone who wants a peace of mind shopping experience.
