Five months ago, I bought a small Mathilde C shoulder bag worth $200. Not exorbitant, but it’s not cheap either for a seasonal bag. The double zipper no longer works, so the bag is unusable after just 5 months of normal use.The supplier warranty is 1 month so nothing to expect from the latter. On the other hand, it would have been greatly appreciated to have a different customer experience from the owner who hides behind the supplier's warranty and offers absolutely nothing, not even repairs at the shoemaker.I like to encourage local purchasing and encourage merchants in my neighborhood. However, in return, I also expect a positive customer experience that makes a difference and encourages them to come back. Unfortunately this will not be the case for me and it is a shame because I was a relatively good customer at the time of Stat-X.
