I'm not from the area, but a friend told me about the store. I really knew what to expect since I normally shop more in big box stores. I was presented with clothes that matched my style and personality. I really had a great customer experience. The quality of the clothes is truly extraordinary. It opened my horizons to discovering local designers.

Initial staff that helped were very helpful and kind.I had an allergic reaction to the product and came in & I understood the product could not be refunded. However, the clerk took down my information & said that the owner would follow-up with me. I didn’t hear back so I reached out again via email. Called in today for the supervisor (from what I gathered) where they told me they never received an email, and they are very busy so the email could have just been left on read. They then proceeded to let me know that they had seen the note on the receipt but didn't bother to follow-up with me since they were told I didn’t want it & that I can not talk to the owner as they don’t live here. All that to say, customer service is discouraging as zero effort was made despite information & product being taken.
