Brandy Melville offers a simple and nice selection of clothing that is extremely in demand, especially with youth. The store is consistently described as very crowded, jam packed, and hard to manage, with huge lineups for the change rooms and cashiers. The floor space is considered too little for the amount of customers. Staff reviews are mixed; many are noted as very friendly and helpful, while others are busy folding clothes and not super attentive or warm. The change rooms are clean but slow, with long lines. A key point is the non-inclusive, one-size-fits-most approach, which is not nice for those who don't fit the standard. Prices are high.
always packed, the girls don’t even seem to like their jobs and still has a “all-size fits all” policy in 2026…I don’t know they are still in business

The hype is bizarre but the clothing is simple and nice. The store is very crowded and hard to manage when it’s busy, but staff are very friendly and helpful. (This was at the Toronto store, haven’t been to Montreal one yet). So if you’re not morally against fast fashion or non-inclusive sizing check it out.

Brandy employees usually get mixed reviews but the girl who helped me was really nice and the selection was good. Convenient location too
