Got refused over the counter medication for very questionable and bogus reasons after asking very personal and intrusive questions. We felt exposed and underserved. All of that for something that is quite common and happens every so often. Don't go there. There is better service by walking distance.

Amazing customer service. They only had 1 box of baby formula left on the shelf, a clerk went to look for more in the backstore. I bought several boxes and the same clerk took them back to my car, even if it was raining outside.

Was treated disrespectfully by a woman with brown hair and tattoos working in the post office. She clearly didn’t know what she was talking about, however someone else in the back was able to provide some assistance.

They are soooo rude on the phone and make you feel like you are "bothering" them when we are the customers? Everything is "complicated" with the technicians and they really don't seem to like their jobs, everything seems forced and they don't want to really help with anything, just serve the customer and get them out ASAP. Will be moving my prescription to a further Pharmaprix since I'd rather walk more than be treated like a piece of garbage by staff.

Awesome pharmacy location , altho there is one employee of the pharmacy who is extremely condenscending /just plain rude while on the phone . I've ordered medication here for me and my fiancé multiple times in the past and despite that they wouldnt let me order for them since it was private info ? Despite living at the same adress and using the same number for years ? Also rude when asked questions and condenscending like we are too d*** to understand ? 2 star for that person , 5 star for the usual experience /location
