5 stars for the concept of bulk purchasing which is excellent especially when you want to try new recipes with expensive products and you need a small quantity. It’s also economical and anti-waste because you only buy what you need! The 3 stars is for the staff who unfortunately are only there to fill the containers and cash them because they are incapable of knowing what they are selling for or what is in the store. A minimum of product knowledge would still be essential to be able to help the customer. So do your research before going shopping ☺

This store is missing a few products, but in general it is good, but the current problem is the customer service offered by one of the employees on Sundays, every time we get "quibbled" by her, it gives the taste not to go back
