Yuyu was the most helpful sales associate I have ever had the opportunity to engage with. She ordered the gift I needed without hesitation, texted me the moment it arrived (even remembered my vacation!) and had it all wrapped and ready to go for pick up. I am not a regular luxury shopper, but for those luxury pieces Yuyu has made me a lifetime Burberry purchaser. Thank you!

What a terrible experience! I ordered a tie online. Price was 200 euros. Ordered it late October. My mother ordered it for Christmas ealy because she wanted to make sure she will receive it. Once I opened it, the tie was far from perfect. I brought 10 days ago to the store immediately after coming back from Europe. They said they will get back to me. They were back to me 9 days after and told me basically that i was lying. Terrible customer experience i will never be able to wear the tie. Will NEVER order again any Burberry article. LVMH brands were far more a better experience.

I am disappointed with this wallet I purchased a few years ago. The leather is damaged and the seams are falling apart. Burberry customer service is not that great, they don't want to do anything about it because its not a recent purchase. It's a luxury brand and not a wallet that was used everyday
