I was trying to ask a question about a serum (very politely) to the employee with pink hair and she initially didn’t even have any reaction to my question or even look at me so I repeated my question for a second time and then she replied that she heard me the first time. I had to ask my question a third time in which she replied very rudely like I was bothering her in many ways. I usually have a great experience coming to this store but I didn’t appreciate her unnecessary rude attitude. I just left quietly afterwards

The seller still highly recommends me (the original price), knowing that the item is about to expire. When I discovered the production date issue and suggested it, she changed her mind that it is now on sale, but she forgot. The stores and employees do not have good faith.

Good customer service and huge range of products! The atmosphere is clean and cute. The reason i docked off a star is solely because they often only carry specific shades of products instead of the whole set, but hey not too bad. Prices they offer are almost identical as if you where to get it off their official websites (no mark up) and the mystery bags they offer are INCREDIBLE!! You get such a good bang for your buck! For a 20$ mystery bag, i got over 90$ worth of products i actually use.
