Told me label wasn’t packed correctly, refused to give me 4 pieces of tape to cover all corners of the two boxes, and told me to buy a roll of tape for 4.99, for 4 pieces of tape.I had already purchased the shipping labels, and this is the service that was provided. He said it was Canada post policy, but for 50 other packages that I sent there and at other locations, never had a problem

I had a terrible experience at the post office today. The manager, a shorter woman, started yelling at me simply for trying to send out a package and asking to create a shipping label. I was shocked when she told me they don’t offer that service—despite being a shipping company. I’ve never felt so embarrassed, especially with everyone watching. I ended up having to go out of my way to another Canada Post location to send my package. It’s hard to understand how someone with such poor customer service skills is still employed, especially considering the number of negative reviews I’ve seen from other customers.

I was told that to do the PO box, I had to talk to the manager. I went there 3 times because they gave me a time when she would arrive. And I always asking have PO Box available right?! Yes, we have it they said. The third time, besides saying that they did not have available, they treated me like garbage. I will not come back from this place again. Poor service. This manager does not have a good behavior. She is very bossy with her employees by the way.

Really the worst post office. Manager is terrible and rude. She screams at you if one of your feet comes in front of the “wait here” sign. Always takes forever, even with one person in front of me. Never two people working simultaneously. I wish I can give less than one star.

The only employee isn't willing to answer the smallest questions. She redirects me to go find 'all the info' online, even though I arrived specifically because there was something unclear online, and besides there wasn't anyone waiting for service.
I'm afraid this is the same employee everyone mentions, a short hispanic woman who acts annoyed all the time. Perhaps this isn't the best employee for a client service post.

I have seen my share of impatient customers there, and around the holidays it can certainly be a stressful environment for the employees.

The manager here (short woman with bulging eyes) is the rudest Canada post employee I have ever dealt with in my life. She is mean spirited, unhelpful and seems to despise making customers happy.
She is the only Canada post employee I have ever met who refuses service if the Customs Form is not completed on the CP app. She will literally tell you to go to another post office if you are not happy with her policy.
I have mentioned this to other managers at other post offices and they laugh and say it is suggested, not mandatory to use the app and submit an online customs form.
This woman has literally ruined my day on multiple occasions with her aggressive, nasty customer service. I have made multiple complaints to CP about her yet she still has a job somehow.
Avoid this location like the plague.

The Mexican lady is so rude and disrespectful. I was just looking at the price for the bubble wrap paper and when I tried explaining it to her she kept cutting me off and insisting to do the line. As long as she’s working there, I’ll never go back there.She needs to be fired asap. You can tell she has no costumer service skills.
