Store is fine. I remember a time when the people at Canadian Tire knew about hardware, now they are there to just restock and point you to it. What else can I say? It's now a store.

TLDR: they most likely stole my tires.I purchased winter tires online in November and reserved a time for winter tire installation at the Cremazie and Papineau branch. On the week of my installation reservation I double checked and it had been cancelled. I called the store and they said my tires had been "picked up." I know I hadnʻt picked up the tires that I had purchased and paid for so I called customer service. They said that they would follow up with an internal inspection. I ended up purchasing winter tires at a different Canadian Tire branch in town by going in person and paying for it there rather than doing it online. Itʻs now mid-February and only now did I get a message from the "internal" inspection and they just reiterated that this store, the Cremazie and Papineau branch, had stated that I had picked it up. Is there a paper trail of this pickup? No. How do you pick up a set of tires without signing anything? How do you pick up a set of tires without some sort of proof of purchase or by having the credit card? Why would I pick some tires I purchased at the branch and then not have it installed while I was there (which was the sole reason I chose that branch for purchase)? Thereʻs something fishy here and Iʻll have to say my tires were stolen and now Canadian Tires Customer service after giving me the runaround for almost three months is trying to gaslight me into thinking I picked up a set of tires and then bought another set somewhere else and had those installed just for fun.My review: Stay away from this branch especially and stay away from Canadian Tires.

?They talk about specialBut their product never sold at the original priceWhich must be the case to consider the specialPlus I bought their langostino pan kit over 7 years agoAt the same specialIts never been sold at list priceHeInflate themPrice to make you believe it's specialBut their product has been giving special for 20 yearsAnd heDo not sellElsewhere therefore impossible to compare the real priceNo special like the langostino knife kit for $1600 but special for $300 ?The reality is that this knife kit cannot be found anywhere other than at Canadian TireAnd this knife kit has never sold for full priceYou put aTotally exaggerated incorrect reference priceAnd you pretend to do a specialEven though you never displayed it at the current price?Total scam

A place where you can really find everything, its prices are not the lowest but they are acceptable, a very attractive and recommended store.

Was told my car needed $1,500.00 approx of work. I brought it for a second opinion, and there is nothing wrong with the car! Besides that, there was a sound due to canadian tire not putting on one of my bolts! It's totally incompetent and dishonest. As well they lost my bf's tire during a tire change. We didn't expect this and didn't check, so they made us doubt if it was us or not. Do not come here! You've been warned ⚠️

Avoid the mechanic garage, scammers, dishonest... They will try to tell you that there are non-existent problems with your car to charge time and parts. Example (the classic trick): they told me that my engine oil was black as if it was urgent to change, when that was not the case at all and I had just changed the oil a month ago elsewhere. Same thing for transmission oil. they always do the same pattern. The front counter person Eddie and the manager too. This is their way of trying to get you to spend more money.
