The worst branch ever! you are left on hold for 20 to even 40 minutes at at time over the phone!!!! all i want to do is confirm an appointment for my car auto service! what kind of customer service is that?!!! we should be treated same as in person customer. this is day 2 where i cant reach anyone! absolutely horrendous and if i can give less than one star i would! For the love of God someone pick up the phone!!!!!

Worst customer service! Good luck trying to reach anyone by phone! compare it to any another branch this one has alottttttt of rude and hostile staff! Fyi i was on hold for a good 30mins over the phone tsk tsk

I had an awful experience at the Canadian Tire St Jacques location. I was at the Marche Central store checking for a piñata for my sons birthday, he wanted hot wheels. I went to check if they have it to buy but unfortunately they did not have and told me to contact the Canadian tire in St Jacques street, he was very nice and helpful. He gave me the number to call. I called the Canadian tire and the person in charge of getting the call in the extension 0 was lost, I ask her to transfer me to the party center because I needed to know if they had a hot wheel piñata in stock. I have to repeat myself many times for this lady to understand. She transfer me to different departments in the store. I called 5 times. Finally she transfers me to the right place and an older woman answered the phone. She seems nice but bother that I was calling, I told her I need to k is if they have the item in stock, she checked her system and told me yes we have it. I place the order online right away to reserve it and called back. This time I called 10 times no answer, after the 11 time the same lady from extension 0 answers again lost and passed me to a man. He was very helpful and nice (the only one in the store by my experience) I told him I am calling back because I just bought a piñata and wanted to check for extra hot wheel items I see in the website. He helped me and then ask the woman from the party department to confirm that she had the piñata. So he pass the phone to this lady I completely forgot her name. She confirmed she received the order and she is putting my piñata in a side for me to pick up. Then I wanted to talk to her and ask her something else, she brush me off and told me on the phone I have no time to talk (in french) I got ofendes because I was nice and polite and this lady became aggregates that I called and make her work. Sorry lady but that is your job, I am the customer and I needed help and you rudely said I have no time to talk what is this. Then I change the tone of my voice and told her in English please pass me to the man I was talking before I cannot talk to you because you seem bother by my call. The lady hands up on me….terrible customer service. I would not recomendó anyone going or calling there ever! This is very disappointing, I get they are busy and tired but do your job, working in stores is overwhelming but she has to do her job. If she hates her job find something else and stop mistreating customers.

Experience mediocre et inacceptable ma mère de 67 ans est venue retourner un article avec la facture les employés on maltraiter ma mère refuser de la servir parce qu’elle les a lue les politiques de remboursement le superviseur à la place de faire son travaille convenablement décidé appeler la police sur ma mère. Un certain Stéphane cani et une gérante qui s’appelle diana. Gros manque de professionnalisme depuis quand on jete les clients dehors qui vienne respectueusement échanger ou rembourser leur article !

Cashier was lazy and a bit rude. One of our items didnt have a barcode and instead of calling someone she asked us to go get another one. Meanwhile 2 people at the customer service counter were doing absolutely nothing. We said cant you call someone? The item was at the other end of the store completely. We said otherise we wont take it. Grudgingly she called the lady from customer service who quickly found it on her handheld scanner piece. Complete lack of service and professionalism.

They just care about money, I went yesterday there for replace transmission fluid, the employee advised me to do transmission inspection, I agreed and 10 minutes later they called " your car is ready". When I get there, I asked them about the diagnosis they literally said " we aren't professional in transmission, it's an internal problem, it's better to go to the transmission CR garage"The problem is, I paid them 133$ for nothingHow could you make the inspection for something when you are not professional?

Friendly staff at autoparts. Willing to help find correct parts for my car, even though i could easily find it myself with those computers in the isles. And also correct inventory!!!! Which is sometimes rare.

With regards to their Car servicing, almost never do they answer the phone they leave you on hold for a good 20mins or more!!!! Appointments are never respected. I waited a good 50mins after my assigned appointment until my car was taken in! No one bothered to even update me on the delay nor was there an apology. No respect for the client's time. Iam extremely disappointed with the service, and it never gets better.

Come here atleast once a week for the past 10yrs, most of the staff know me..ever since stores stopped handing out plastic bags I started bringing my own backpack to shop.Other day a new cashier asked to search my bag, and for that I'm never going back, my backpack goes with me to every store, & what's in my backpack is nobody's businessAlso, using your defenseless cashiers as security guards puts them in danger.you should invest in a proper security room, guards watching cameras etc.. instead of searching bags like it's 1994

I wanted to purchase an item via price match and went to Canadian Tire Saint Bruno. The lady at the counter was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the only one in stock was the demo. She told me to call other Canadian Tires as they will match the price without any issue which I did. The Canadian Tire (Saint-Jacques) told me it was possible to price match and to come in store to pay as they can't reserve or guarantee the price the next day. Arriving at the store after 30 minutes of driving, I was told by the manager that they can't price match the article as the location is too far (Saint-Jerome) and that they only price match from other Canadian Tires in Montreal. What a rude manager, terrible experience and appealing customer service. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

Had a really bad service experience.My daughter's skates needed to be sharpened and the arena service department was not open last Sunday when we go skating , so I went to this Canadian Tire because it was the closest, but the skates didn't work at all after sharpening.I had no choice but to go to the Sport Export to re-sharpening, and back to Canadian Tire request to do a refund was refused this Tuesday, two after-sales staff plus a manager with the same tone, none of them even have an apology for this.Well, for them, their reputation is only worth few dollars.
