A clean and furnished place. The employees are friendly and very open with their customers. I have encountered them several times at Montreal Comiccon, and I will continue to buy from them. I highly recommend.

Is this store also covered with POOPs???Carta Magica Ottawa is YES.This is my experience in Ottawa storeHorribly Dirty.. especially washroom.. the washroom is always covered with POOPS everywhere. If I have to enter this room, I would prefer to kill myself. BETTER THAN BEING COVERED WITH STRANGERS POOPS. Hey, you guys should clean at least Once in 10years. Normal brain people clean once a week though

I preordered a few things that I completely forgot about for a year, came back a few days ago and they kept my preorders all this time. I was genuinely not expecting them to have kept them since they could've easily resold the products, but I was impressed with their customer service.Good service, friendly staff, really cool spot overall.

Possibly the worst service ever . I ordered MTG bundles . I received a call from the store asking me if I wanted to have my first bundle shipped immediately or wait for the second one to come in. I decided as good will to wait to have them both shipped at the same so the store wouldn’t have to pay for 2 shipping boxes. I only received the second bundle which came in damaged and the first one that was already waiting to be shipped out got sold by the store . This left me with a bad taste for this store . I should have stuck to my original lgs. The worst part is that I can no longer buy the the bundle as it is currently being sold at 3 times the price which makes me wonder if it was done purposely. NEVER AGAIN !!

Great selection of card sleeves. There's an entire wall dedicated to sleeves so no joke. Check the website for what you want before going, I have found it accurate and that can make a difference!Also lots of board games and accessories.Staff is always friendly and informative.They host game events.
