Wow, what can I say? After trying many many banks to get a loan and being refused. I came across Castleton on a google search along with a couple other companies.
The person I spoke to on the phone initially was so pleasant, understanding and welcoming that I decided to disclose to him my financial situation. Who knew he was one of the owners?
He explained exactly what he's able to do to help me out and was a man of his word. Which is hard to find those days. Especially when it comes to finance.
Rina was in charge of my file and I must say I can't be any more please with anyone. Her customer service and her availability and patience is A1. The honesty and openness is next to none.
But don't just take my word for it. They say the proof is in the pudding. I found that perfect pudding!!!
