Once upon a time I had business cards printed there and the service was great...THEN. But now... (since I've become an infrequent customer due mostly to health issues---(NOT "Covid-19"), I was made to feel like a "nuisance". If you plan to be a regular customer though, you'll most likely get excellent service.

Called to ask about an important copy job for a client. Before I could even finish my sentence I was interrupted and told "we are not sitting at a copier for an hour for you, we will show you how to do it" in a rude tone....not what I call stellar customer service.
