Worst service ever. It took them 2 month to give me the most basic info about my mortgage, the penalty to change to another bank. When I called another bank where I have a mortgage, I got that info straight from the Costumers Service. With Desjardins Allard, I had to wait for them to call me back, when they did they told me that have to ask for someone to calculate the penalty, then after waiting for 2 days, I had to schedule another phone call, they never respect the schedules for the calls and they do not call you back more than once. 2 months later I got the info I needed. By then the rate I had reserved at another bank was gone. Their lack of professionalism will actually hurt you financially. It is impossible to call them and talk to a human and get any answers. Once they have you as a costumer they do not care about you anymore and make it extra difficult to leave. I will not promote any other banks instead of them, but I will definitely be paying my penalty and just getting out of there, the stress and the lack or respect and professionalism is not worth it.
