Very unprofessional and very rude!Bought earings at the shop and asked them to ship it to a friend as a gift. Fedex lost the package and I had literally to fight many weeks with Chanel for a refund. I had to conduct the Fedex investigation myself even with evident proof that the package was lost, Chanel refused to do anything, and also accused me of scamming. Only after daily call to the store management they show a little customer service and proceed to refund without a single apology.GREAT JOB AT REPRESENTING THE FRENCH LUXE

I have been to the store a few times during the past year, and received good service each time even without buying anything. My husband Bought me gifts from there and he got the same feedback. Pierre is very helpful everytime and very nice and patient to show me around what they have. Last time i went was 2 days before Xmas, unfortunately, i did not find what i was looking for but still had a great time looking around and trying some clothes and shoes. Hope they will restock Soon, love the place. Now with Covid, the waiting time might be long, but for me its worth it if you like Chanel. Definitely going back again and again. ?

I received superb customer service from this boutique. I live out of town and the store was kind enough to put two very popular items on hold for me until I could come and get them. On top of that I had a problem using a gift card on one of my items and the store took extra care of me to make sure it worked out.

0 customer service , waited 15 mins without even being acknowledged, we drove from Ottawa to Montreal 1-2 times a month for HR, today I left feeling so upset and disappointed , I get sales were busy selling n getting their f commission, but really?! You cant spare 2 seconds to inform me that someone will be with me shortly? If I can get good service from cheaper brands like Gucci, I should expect nothing less from Chanel.

I’ve purchased 2 bags here over the past 6 months (tweed classic flap and a vanity case with handle). Normally I would buy exclusively from the Yorkville store as that is where my SA is, but lately, if you see the bag at a store, you’re best to just buy it, as inventory is moving so quickly. Both the bags were unavailable via my usual store. My first experience was okay, but not great. The associate was nice enough, but I felt rushed. My second experience was excellent. The gentleman who helped me took a lot of time with me as I was in a very indecisive mood… I only spent just over $6k on that bag, but still, he was nothing but helpful and courteous. (He was 5 stars). The store itself is beautiful and way too easy for me to access as I always stay at the FS in Montreal and can just walk right in.

The best service has been from Lia! Although I'm in Vancouver, Lia has been amazing with communication and with pictures of the bags, wocs & slgs that I've been looking for! I'm forever grateful that I've found such a professional and kind SA. Thank you for the zip coin purse and woc. I will definitely visit and buy more from Lia.

The customer service is so disappointing at this location. I’m from Toronto but found this store from google reviews that it can ship products nationwide. I got the contact info and asked for the bags I want. It seems like they are only motivated to sell the unpopular ones with unpopular colours. As soon as I asked the classic/popular ones, I haven’t heard from them for almost 10 days. I don’t understand how difficult to reply to customers for their inquiry and check inventory for them. If you don’t have currently just say No and inform us when they will be available. It is very rude of not replying questions.

Shoot out to Lia from Montreal store. I am from Toronto and didn’t had good experience at Toronto store. I am use to good service from London and Paris. Found Toronto store service very rude. So one fine day I decided I need an SA from different region. Luckily I got Lia and she has been sweet heart. No matter how many times I message and ask her, she always provide good service over the phone. I am yet to buy from her but she has me on list for classic and other stuff. Hopefully soon I find one. But I would high recommend chanel store in Montreal. Next time I visit Montreal, I would surely love to meet her in person.

Sometimes shopping at Chanel can be stressful but Ryan made my experience so incredibly wonderful and easy. He was able to get me an item that I was searching high and low for and answered any questions that I had. Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend him!

Associates keep lying and say they knows nothing. Then we find out and they admit it. They say always we knows nothing. And they treat clients in very bad way. If you ask questions they barely answer you or ask you to ask your sales associate. Unprofessional.
