Not good place to buy shoe they showed price on Facebook 99$ but when I bought he charge me 159 plus tax.

I would give a negative if I could. The boot sizes are off. If you need a size 12 order a 13. Return shipping fee's are your responsibility. Sent boots back on 01/07/22 as of 01/25/22 they are stating they have not received my return and have not refunded me. The customer service is horrible.

I haven't been able to try on the boots I bought yet because it's not the season yet.However, the service was simply incredible! The seller who received me was very friendly, patient and gave good advice.

Worst shoe store in North America. Not welcoming at all. Africans please don't buy boots from them, they must be boycotted. They forget that respect is a virtue.

I bought winter boots there, they are supposedly "waterproof and resistant up to -30°C". At the end of the second walk in mild weather, I could no longer feel my feet and the humidity was seeping through the front of the shoe. $120 thrown away for nothing!A small mention also for the “made locally in Quebec” speech, while there is a “Made in China” sticker stuck under the box...I do not recommend!PS: I bought the shoes in this establishment, thank you for taking into account the comments that people take the time to write instead of calling lies, it's just another negative point for you.

I got the ice grippers after seeing their videos on Tik Tok!! The owner Alex was extremely helpful and nice! Can’t wait until the winter season comes, I’ll be prepared for that Montreal weather!
