I love this store. The owners are very kind, attentive and always give good advice for the special care of our animals. Do not hesitate to ask. Large selection of foods and accessories, I always find what I need.

I don't understand how people expect us to go buy stuff in store instead of online when the whole experience is dreadful. Most of the employees are practically useless and use the same "this is above my paygrade" argument. You can basically return nothing even if it's been minutes after your purchase and the item is still untouched, the employees will tell you "my boss will flip on me if I return this" which makes me question the working ethics and environment that's going on in that store, but not my business anyway.Even though they have a large collection of items, the prices are comparable to other chains, but 1 star for the human experience.

I went to Chico sur Masson to find new food for my dog because he was no longer eating. So I took some sample bags and the lady working recommended me to take a small bag extra at 25.99 + tax. She told me that if it didn't work to bring it back. So I return the food, the bag not opened in perfect condition, because my dog did not want to eat the samples and with my invoice at the checkout I am told: NO REFUND!! Really in 2023 the customer service is really poor, the lady never informed me that there was no refund on the products and knew very well that I was trying food!! I think it's high time that the Chico store in Masson made its returns policies to reflect 2023... how are you going to build customer loyalty by refusing a refund.

Always a great service from the employees, who seem to enjoy their work environment! I rarely see anything back order or missing in the store, and they have quality products, such a foods and pet accessories. For those who have reptiles, they do sell crickets! They also have a membership card that I suggest you get, if you like saving a couple bucks!

Worst pet shop ever! Go to the Pattes et Griffes instead (Masson's st will be open soon).It's the only pet shop i know (i'm a client of 3 : Pitou Minou, Pattes e Griffes and unfortunatly Chico) your word meaning nothing! I've been client since i moved to Angus Shop (4 years ago) today i went there to change my cat's food because she didn't liked and before go to the store i used my food balance to certified myself the bag has more than 50% of food inside. The robotic préposé weighed the bag and told me unfortunatly he couldn't change for another food because the bag had less than 50%. I told him, sorry but your balance is wrong because i weighed before coming here for not wasting my time and he sad : Unfortunatly is the balance of the store who decides! And i told him : So you're saying i'm a liar? You cannot trust my word i've been your client for four years ! So the robotic attendant decided to weigh the bag again and then surprise !!I was right !!And he sad, sorry about that the balance was leaning with the fridge. So i said : You lost a client!There's was another attendant who stayed of his side ! Unbelivable!!! I'm sure if the boss was there i will be treated in another way not like a liar !!! I'm so happy Pattes e Grifes will open soon on Masson avenue. I will tell all my friends to go there instead of this anti-client pet shop.

Très déçue du service aujourd’hui au Chico Masson… on me vend un gilet de sauvetage pour chien en me disant que si ça ne fait pas je peux le rapporter… sans préciser que c’est échange seulement, et sans vérifier si les autres tailles sont disponibles. Je reviens 20 minutes plus tard pour l’échanger pour la taille au-dessus, on me dit qu’il n’y en a pas et qu’ils peuvent juste me faire une note de crédit… Résultat, je dois aller ailleurs acheter mon gilet de sauvetage, et je ne sais vraiment pas ce que j’irai acheter d’autre dans leur magasin! Et quand j’ai l’audace de me plaindre, la caissière me dit que j’avais juste à lire la politique sur la facture… ?♀️ Bref, service client gros zéro. Dommage car c’est un commerce de quartier et je voulais les encourager mais c’est fini pour moi!

Great little shop for anything you'd need for your animals! I always get the same brand but different flavors of food for my cat and she loves them all. Staff is very friendly also. A little packed, but there's never too many people at the same time so you can roam easily anyway! Def recommend!
