The training is serious, with top-notch coaching and programming. Workouts are intense and spread out logically. The coaches adjust training according to life situations, abilities, and individual goals, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace. The focus is on the pleasure of healthy performance rather than competition. The gym has enough equipment for everyone, all in good condition. While the price is high, there is no yearly contract. The experience is so enjoyable and motivating that members consistently recommend it.

Very nice community, welcoming and passionate coaches! It's very inclusive, the training is adjusted according to life situations and our abilities.
I have evolved a lot thanks to them, very motivating, I recommend it!
