Hours: Éconofitness Extra in Montreal-Rosemont (Saint-Denis) offers its members a beautiful gym with high-quality equipment in large quantities. The gym has free weights, dumbbells, a cardio section, and a strength training section, providing an enjoyable training experience. Extra members have access to group classes with coaches, including Zumba, Yoga, POWER CARDIO, and LesMills BODYPUMP. Platinum and Extra members can relax in massage chairs or hydromassage beds in the Platinum Relaxation Zone. All members have access to the 30-minute Express Circuit and exclusive discounts with various partners. The gym is spacious with a wide variety of machines, although some may not be used frequently. It offers a nice view for cardio workouts. However, the men's bathroom can have an unpleasant odor, and the gym can become crowded, with weights sometimes left scattered around. The group class schedule is often unavailable or not updated, and the reception staff can seem surprised when members ask questions. Despite these minor issues, the gym is well-located near a metro station, and the staff, both at the reception and as coaches, are friendly and competent, motivating members during their workouts.
