Every Costco is chaotic, but this one takes the cake. I went early in the morning when the store was calm, yet still managed to get terrible service. I asked an employee near the flower section a simple question. She was on a personal phone call and responded with a loud sigh and a nasty attitude. She was wearing very bright fluorescent pink lipstick as of Saturday Jan 31st, so people should know exactly who I’m talking about. If you hate your customer service job that much, maybe go work at Sephora instead. I was polite and not rude in any way. I understand customers can be annoying, but that doesn’t excuse being dismissive to someone who’s just asking for help. It’s. Your. Job. Horrible service and very unprofessional.

This is the worst Costco I've ever been at, a complete jungle!
First off, parking is an absolute nightmare filled with bad drivers and so many damaged cars, it's crazy.
When indoors, you are overwhelmed with some many rude people that either cut you off or push you out of the way.
To top it off, one of the worst maintained Costco. It is NASTY.

Great place if you want to buy products in bulk, is a nice place to shopping groceries, you can find everything you needed, also they have an optic, recycling spot and gas station and free parking. (They dont have anymore photo printing service)

@CostcoCanada what I experienced today at the Montreal Bridge St. warehouse (#511) was unacceptable. Membership Manager Mariya Baz (Since 2011) not only refused to address a clear billing/tax error on my receipt but also exhibited shocking behavior: when I asked to file a formal complaint, she immediately removed her name badge and literally hid from me to avoid identification.
How can a manager with 15 years of experience act so unprofessionally? I have already submitted a formal report, but I expect a direct explanation from the regional management regarding this misconduct and the billing discrepancy.

Awful parking, extremely crowded during weekend (45 min wait in line up to reach the cashier) which makes the experience unpleasant.

It looks like anyone who isn't going to Ikea is going to Costco, and the rest of the world is stuck in traffic on Decarie.
The store doesn't have a pharmacy.
Always crowded.
But it's Costco with its unbeatable prices.

I visited your store on a busy Saturday to purchase a card for my son, who recently moved here for college. I was greeted by a helpful employee, Kristina, who took the time to explain the differences between the cards and answer all of my questions. She even went out of her way to retrieve a cart for us after we finished . Thank you for the excellent service!
