Been waiting on an order since June and the delivery date keeps being pushed (we are now octobre) yet no one can actually help me or offer a solution and the product is somehow still available for purchase

Yes, Crate and Barrel sell beautiful furniture, but dealing with this company has been like banging my head against a brick wall. I ordered a set of kitchen/dining furniture in May this year - I was informed at purchase that the bar stools wouldn’t be available til July and that with shipping they would hold the order til everything was ready. I selected the pick-up option so I could get the dining table an chairs sooner, and would pick up the stools when they were ready later. In July, when I received the email saying the 2 stools were ready, when I showed up to pick them up (a 4 hour round trip) I was told actually only one stool is ready, the other one won’t be ready til late August. I called the company to ask that the other stool be delivered given this was their error and was essentially told no problem, we’ll arrange that once it’s available. 2 months later and at least 8 phone calls, multiple emails later, I am so frustrated and confused - I get a different message every time I call about this issue. Sometimes “yes, no problem we’ll ship it and waive the fee, but the items not ready” (even though I’m getting messages that it is), and other times “oh sure but that’ll be $600 delivery fee”. There seems to be no process for consistent communication, escalation, or complaints. This company acts like it’s high end but can not figure out basic customer service. I won’t be doing any online business with them again and would only recommend if you’re buying and picking up at the time of purchase.

Horrible customer care. They sell beautiful product but you’ll be lucky if you receive them new or in good condition. Customer service is lost each person gives you a different answer. I had to refund 2 kitchen aid mixer coz they were either broken or used, sent back the items and a month after I didn’t get my money back. They promised to solve the problem but nothing happened.

crate and barrel does not value its customers. I have had multiple interactions with customer service since Christmas for several different issues and all have been terrible. I have spent hours on the phone and wasted even more time over emails and chats. I am still waiting for response for certain issues but i give up. they do not care. I will no longer purchase from them due to their incredibly slow and appalling customer service.

I went to pick up a package and the warehouse team was awesome! Very friendly, helpful, smiling and helpful. To the owners: take care of it!Only negative point: the pick-up times displayed on the sign in front of the building are not good. It is best to rely on the times posted on Google or to call before stopping by.

The worst customer service! The Montreal store has closed down and I had to order online. When I ordered, the estimated delivery date was between July 26 - 29.The day I ordered, the status changed to Preparing for Shipping.Over the next week it stayed in that status and then the delivery timeline get getting delayed - Aug 3, Aug 5.I needed the items by July 29, so I reached out to Customer service to cancel the order. Three agents and 2 days later, no one can tell me if the order can be cancelled. They don't know when they will know. The first agent tells me 1 hour, the second says end of day, the third says - I don't know.I'm not ordering from C&B until they re-open another store. Sad, but no one has the time for incompetent Customer service,

Horrible service. Ordered a sleeper sofa in May. Scheduled delivery June. Every beginning of the month I receive an email stating the item is delayed. Now we are for mid to end of August.As a retailer, they should be able to be upfront and transparent with their clients.It is not only getting the orders, then playing games.In our experience Pottery Barn or West Elm and transparent. They tell their clients exactly when the orders will be available.Make sure Crate and Barrell are not taking you for a ride.

Contrary to what is advertised, this is not a warehouse open to the public for purchases. Several of us stumbled upon a closed door. A lot of time wasted for nothing.
