Huge CrossFit gym with great coaches! Really enjoyed my drop in workout here. Coach made me feel right at home. Provided me with safe progression options for some movements (bad knee). Also really appreciate that it was very simple to sign up for a drop in online.

The coaches focus on proper techniques to avoid injuries. You're in good hands with Evgueni, Jacques or anyone who works there. My only small complaint is that the music can be a but too loud.

One of the best gym drop in experience we’ve ever had. Easy to sign up on the MINDBODY app. Owner greeted us and spent a good chunk of time chatting to us about training history/ goals/ structure of the space. Gym was super open and spacious! Gym strength workout and bench mark metcon. All of the members cheered for each other and us! Wish we lived closer to come all the time.

Here is what makes it great compared to other Box gyms:-Great coaches, and owner (Jacques) is awesome/engaged-Enough space to not worry about interfering with someone else (which is rare for a city box gym)-Really good schedules (best i've seen)-friendly and encouraging atmosphere-very fair price

A great gym for all levels. The programming is varied and you always feel like you get a good workout. The coaches are friendly, knowledgable and care about what they do, highly recommended.

I hate this place but my mind and body loves it! The workouts are brutal, the community is amazing and trainers are fantastic. They provide great coaching/motivation if you're just getting into the gym for the first time or an absolute beast just looking to perfect yourself. The results speak for themselves. If you're looking for a slightly "easier" workout, just make sure to book with Jacques!
