GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! FAST DELIVERY!
I called the customer service number and got no answer, and although asked, I didn't leave a message, but to my surprise I received a call back shortly after. The gentleman helped me with sizing questions and other concerns.
I placed the order on a Saturday and received the item at my home in the U.S. on TUESDAY!!
I love my Joseph Ribkoff purchase--it fits perfectly and the fabric and construction are wonderful. I can't wait to wear it. Thanks DeCabana!

As a lady writing, 1/2 star would be better! Firstly, this store apparently does not know Law 101 to do all their communication in English. I mentioned it to them and was told that the majority of their clientele were English. I don't care because here we are in Quebec and he had to at least send, among other things, the return instructions in both languages. Additionally, you have to be careful when ordering. If the product does not fit or is not correct and we return it, it is at our expense. So, for items that are a little heavy or large, it can easily go up to $20.00 and more. I called only once and the man who answered was really not friendly. Bad experience with this store!

I regret having not read the posted reviews before ordering from this company.
I ordered a dress to be worn for my son’s wedding - it arrived with a small mark on the overlay and the dye-lot between the overlay and the body of the dress do not match.
When attempting to organize the return with the company (not a smooth or customer friendly process) I was accused of marking the item and was told that they would not “normally” take it back. All tags were still on the garment and it had not been worn.
After much back and forth I was issued a return code but told that I would only receive a store credit. The item was returned to them 10 days ago (confirmed by Canada Post) but I have not yet received my credit. When I contacted the company I was told to “be patient”. Customer service is almost non-existent, I have honestly never been treated so poorly by a company.

This is one of the worst stores I have experienced. Their merchandise is terrible and does not match what brands actually produce. Do not shop here. They are a nightmare.

SCAM! Please do not waste your money on horrible quality clothing! Returned in proper time frame- 10 days! And they are denying the refund! "Noah" was so rude and obnoxious. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! SCAM!
