If I could leave no stars I would. Probably the worst storage experience I've had in my life especially considering how much it costs. the access door to the building was broken and they just didn't care. Stayed like that for a week before I could get in and get to my things. I got them a customer and asked her my $100 reward and they just said no we're not giving it to you. They are charging every 4 weeks Therefore my 10x10 locker costs 3900 a year. 10x10 at U-Haul costs 2500 a year. And yes, I am moving out. They truly don't care one bit about the customer. I have had experience with two other storage locations in Lachine And this one is by far the worst .
