Good evening,
I bought an umbrella from the store, and it broke on the same day. I have a valid receipt and visited the store to return it within 10 days. According to Canada's return policy, products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. However, when I spoke to the store representative with my receipt, they rejected the return, claiming that I had come in within a week and that the product was no longer eligible for return. Due to my work schedule, I couldn't visit the store earlier, but I came at my earliest convenience. When I asked the representative about the 30-day return policy, she said that it only applies to big stores, not theirs. As a result, I had no choice but to leave without a resolution. Given that the umbrella broke within hours, in my opinion, the quality of their umbrellas is really poor. I'm sorry to say this, but it's the truth.

I purchased a box of fancy chocolates on sale. It shows the actual price $40 and on sale $20. I was like wow best gift I can take for my friends in my country. I bought 2 boxes and took a 19-hour flight with these gifts and what an embarrassing moment when my friend was reading the expiry date which was over 1.5 years ago. I wish I could give zero star

Employees are not nice
Everything is soooo expensive . Go to Dollarama. Had to really go cause missed sponges to clean my house but no good.
Food all is expired.

If you need party supplies, this store is AMAZING! I am throwing a Disney themed birthday party for a close friend of mine and we got so much good birthday material for a low price.
