The store itself is fine, and the staff are nice enough, but customers don’t work there so please open the cash desks. Self-checkout should be an option, not a necessity. Hire some cashiers.

The staff members are not only attentive but also genuinely friendly and helpful.

By far one of the worst Dollarama stores in terms of the quality of customer service on the island of Montreal. Hence the one-star rating.To the corporate office:just because a store is located in a prime location and as a result is always busy, does not mean the store personnel/management should not care about the customers of the store and abandon it entirely.My experience at this location, today:Today at this store I wanted to purchase two cases of (12) coconut water and asked one of the staff members on the floor if he could bring me the two cases from the back of the store. Without a second of hesitation, and with an uncaring attitude, he just looked me in the eyes and told me that he couldn't do that and that I needed to take individual cans off the shelf.Now, in my lifetime, I have encountered many lazy workers but it has been a while. So, this particular Dollarama store will no longer have me as a customer.

This Dollarama is getting worst, today i went to shop and i was surprised that they don't accept no debit/credit cards payments ?only cash!!!At least make the effort and change the payment modes in Google maps settings and keep only cash so everyone will be aware !!!

It is a big Dollarama, prices are very competitive; unfortunately last time I went there, did not find what I was looking for and I had to head to the Walmart that is at walking distance.
