At checkout none Hello, nothing. The cashier was more busy talking with the cashier next to him than with the customers. I asked for a bag 3 times, he never gave me one. Until I asked again a 4th time. I told him that both of us should focus a little more on the customers than on themselves. Clearly, the two didn't give a damn. I understand that it's dollorama, but there is still a minimum to respect in customer service.

Probably the largest Dollarama I've ever been to, and there is a massive variety of products conveniently located in the mall.

There is a lot of choice in all departments, it is a very well-stocked dollorama in terms of offer. We find what we come to look for.
On the other hand, the store is often very busy, and around 4 p.m. it is full of students who form traffic jams everywhere and cause security problems.
The cashiers seem cold at first but are nice.

Le site de ce Dollarama est très pratique pour moi. Comme je vais souvent dans ce coin, pour faire d'autres achats, il devient normal, que j'y ailles. En fait, je sauve du temps, car beaucoup des boutiques que je fréquente, sont situées aussi à la place Alexis-Nihon. Très facile d'accès par le métro Atwater. Magasin propre et dégagé. Caisse libre-service.

I've been going to this store for YEARS and as soon as I walked into the store today this employee (did not look like a security guard) staired at me and followed me around until I paid and left the store. Made me beyond uncomfortable and ruined my day

Great store, but cashiers need a bit more training on how to be professional. I was standing waiting for the cashier to finish chit chatting with her friend, as she is eating a chocolate bar. I had to ask her if she will finish cashing my items or if I need to wait for her to finish chatting with her other cashier friend as they both eat their chocolate bars in front of me and telling each other how good their chocolate bar is. Then she gives me an attitude. Girl, please Seriously??

This branch has practically become my “go-to” Dollarama… and I live in Laval! But, I assure you, the detour is seriously worth it. There are certain items that I have not seen in any other Quebec “Dollo”. At one point, you could find new Marvel and DC comics for $4 which sold for between $40 and $80 in specialty stores! Huge space and very large selection of items. Impossible to return empty-armed. In addition, the automated service is very practical. Warmly recommended.

I usually go to this store 3. Or 4 times a week to pick up some snacks drinks school supplies. Today a guard stopped me at the door and asked me what I am looking for here. I said I'm not sure yet because I just usually shop and pick up extra items on impulse . Anyways he denied me entry so I went up to Miniso upstairs to buy school supplies. Not everyone who goes into a store knows exactly what they want until they see it. Shame on the owner of this place. I'm boycotting it permanently. It's not Birks or Best Buy. It's an impulse buy type of establishment
