I've always went there often to get gifts or materials I need. there's enough restock for you to get some few stuffs you need there or some snacks. the rules against students are really strict tho. because they'd always end up stealing stuff.

Yes, there are thieves.
Make sure to check that what you buy is unopened, this happens quite often! Personally I don't understand why groups of young teenagers come to wander through the shelves without buying anything.
