I am extremely upset about how your company failed to honor the warranty on our mattress for which we issued a claim on your Priority One ( what a misnomer!) website )The answer given to us was that there was not a 1.5 inch depression even though photos sent over and over again showed a 2.5 inch cave in of this very uncomfortable mattress. I was lead to believe that I was in someway doctoring the picture. This is despicable!Looking online there are numerous, numerous complaints about your company not honoring their warranty. I find this abhorrent.I tried in vain to speak on 3 occasions to a manager but was denied each time! What kind of customer service is that?I have no choice but to add my name to the litany of other unsatisfied customers.I am not sure how I am supposed to respond to the response since no email was given but Isaac in your store knows all details as does the head office but nothing has-been resolvedDr David Small

I bought a mattress and about a week after it got uncomfortably soft in a way I couldn’t sleep in there. I went to the store and they asked me to call customer service. I called the customer service and they asked me to send pictures. I sent the pictures and because is not noticeable in the pictures they told me they couldn’t open a guarantee file and that I have to pay to do an exchange. They simply refused to help and find a solution. I even asked to send someone to check the mattress. The lack of assistance and refusal to find a solution was extremely frustrating. The worse customer service ever. Don’t waste your time in this store.

I purchased a king size mattress and two pillows from dormez vous. But since wrong size of pillows were delivered to me, I called the branch from where I had bought and asked them if I could exchange those pillows with a bigger size in Somerled branch as it is much more closer to my house. They said it is ok and sent me an email in order to show it to the salesperson in this branch. However, when I went to this store, the manager named Isaac did not even let me show the email and did not have the patience to let me tell the story. He disrespected me with raising his voice. I do not have any problem with him refusing my request, but the way he treated me was totally unacceptable and I am really upset. I called the other branch and explained them what happened. I hope someone from dormez vous address his misconduct behavior.

our sales rep was very attentive to my elderly mother and worked with her budget to get her not only the bed frame she wanted but also a mattress that she was been sleeping very comfortably on since purchase

Very good experience. No stress, no pressure. Isaac was very polite and informative. Took his time to explain the differences between mattresses and made sure he understood our needs. Isaac also gave us a good price for the mattress we selected. Thank you.

Overall a no stress experience.The legend of Isaac lives on. There are other reviews that mention him ...and it's clear why. Helpful and friendly, he gave me no pressure and offered quick confident answers to my questions. I managed to get a deal on the mattress I purchased and left feeling good about the transaction.I expect delivery this coming Wednesday. I will update how that went when it happens.
