Would give minus stars if I could. I spoke to someone today at around 2 pm who reserved me a car (after I had a cancellation 1hr after receiving the confirmation from another enterprise) for tomorrow morning when they open. At 17:55, so 5 minutes before they close, I miss a call from them and have a message on my voicemail saying they don't actually have a car for me so don't even bother showing up. I call back at 6:05 and get no answer. This is totally unacceptable behavior and beyond unprofessional.

Horrible experience. A family member from out of town reserved a car online but when he got there, there were no cars available. When it doesn’t happen to you it’s like a funny episode from Seinfeld, but when it happens to you it’s really not funny.

The store administrator failed to greet us upon our entry and we were made to wait for over 20 minutes before we were able to speak with him. He abruptly left his seat without any indication of our expected wait time and returned 10 minutes later, engrossed in his computer screen while disregarding our presence. Once he finally addressed us, he exhibited a negative attitude when we spoke to him in English, responding with bitterness. Ultimately, we were unable to secure a rental car despite being told to come and pick it up, and the administrator neglected to inform us about its availability. It is a terrible establishment for car rentals.

The employee deceived me and gave me 5 seated car while I paid for 7 seated car .This branch has unprofessional employee .My visit was on 21.04.2023 8.30 am .

The customer service we received was extremely poor. The person in charge treated us with blatant racism. We were told that our car would be ready by 12:30, but when we arrived at 1pm, we were informed that the car would not be available until 4:30. When we asked for more information about the car, the person in charge was uncooperative and seemed to want us to leave. Sadly he was the only person available to serve the clients.

This is the most terrible customer service I have ever encountered. The individual in charge lacks proficiency in English and behaves impolitely towards customers, exhibiting discriminatory behavior. If it were possible, I would award them a rating of 0 stars instead of 1, as they do not deserve even a single star. He worked today (April 12, 2023) Grenet.

If i could put 0 i would put!They charged me 657$ for insurance although i called entreprise to cancel it after just one day.And their escalation department is -100/10 because it’s been more than 1 month that i filed a dispute.Never again with this company there’s no way you are gonna get a solution if you have a problem.

Poor service. Need to reconsider when dealing with Enterprise. My experience with them so far not good. They didn't keep the car ready, though well informed prior. Unnecessarily spent more time due to poor service. Staff aren't on time. Awaiting to lodge complaint with TD the experience I had with them.

Excellent customer service, rent same brand car I used to, very clean car, easy to communicate, very friendly, taking care of clients, refund me $15 cheque for excess gasoline as promised, very honest.

Enterprise sent my dad a $1.170 bill claiming that he scratched their car. Please take as many pictures as you can when they give you the rental car and don't trust them when they tell you that the size of the shown scratches don't count. You will be held responsible for it!Let me tell the story: My father rented a car from enterprise on Rue Grenet in Montreal. When him and my brother went to pick up the car, they saw scratches on the sides. They mentionned it to the enterpise agent in the parking, he said: "these scratch sizes are fine, it is not a problem".When my dad returned the car, he was alone without my brother. The agent on duty saw those same scratches and decided to make a report and make my dad responsible for it. My father, tried to explain to him that the scratch was there but the agent did not want to listen.Few weeks later, my father received a letter from Enterprise asking him to pay $1.170 for damages he did not cause!I am enraged because I know my father would admit if he had done it and he would surely take responsibility for his actions, but he did not do it! Why should he pay for it? My brother is also a witness, he was there when they picked up the "already scratched car".If you are thinking to rent a car from this place, please take pictures and videos before you leave their property. Don't trust what they tell you. Don't trust Enterprise car rental company.
