Stephen was really, really helpful and very patient! I'd just arrived from Europe and needed a Canadian SIM so as not to be charged ridiculous roaming rates. He advised us very efficiently and installed the SIM card quickly. Thank you, Stephen! I highly recommend this for anyone who is in a similar position.
