This is not a complaint about the staff on site, but the company support service. The staff on site was nice and knew their stuff.. but after logging a support ticket about feathers poking through a very expensive couch I purchased the resolution was that I had to spend more with them to get the feather casings changed to another material.3k CAD for a couch that I have to take feathers out every day... And the solution is 'give us more money'. All this I reported within the first year of warranty AND I got the extended warranty.***Update : 1 star now. Sadly this is not a satisfactory reply. You have my name and you can find my email. You will see that customer care did not take care of me and like I mentioned before the resolution is that I had to spend more money out of pocket to fix a clear design flaw in your product.

Bought a floor lamp "Yumi Floor lamp based" fragile fixing system, bad design... disappointed given the price of the lamp.Obviously the guarantee isI advise against.

I received a pot for a plant worth $20 as a Christmas gift, but the pot was too small. I wanted to buy a duvet cover for $199 today and I asked if it was possible for him to take back the pot for $20 paper and bag to support it, it was a Christmas gift and It's January 7th, it's recent but the salesman who seemed to run the store told me that it was impossible because he didn't know in which account to reimburse the $20. In 2023, I furnished my chalet with furniture from EQ3 St-Laurent. The saleswoman who was charming moved to Rimouski. I had to buy a sectional, 3 king beds, 3 mattresses, bedside tables, coffee tables, etc. Today I told myself that I would never set foot in EQ3 St-Laurent again and it's a shame because I really liked EQ3, its furniture and its service.

EQ3 has simple and chic designs that age well. Everything very high quality and much of it is made in Canada. They are generous with repairs to sofas and always friendly. I keep returning again and again for different home stuff (sofa, chairs, dining room chairs, dishware, cushions, rugs, trays, duvet covers and bed sheets, vases, etc.) and everything is durable and goes well together.

I was looking to ''upgrade'' my Hugo sofa, purchased at EQ3 on St-Laurent in 2013 (proof that EQ3 furniture lasts!) and the service I received from Hugo and Lidia exceeded all my expectations. They were incredibly kind: Hugo showed me the steps to follow, I found the fabric corresponding to exactly what I was looking for and I even left with four new legs for my sofa, courtesy of Lidia! My Hugo sofa will therefore last a while longer! I recommend EQ3 to anyone, for the quality and beauty of the furniture found there and for the excellence of the customer service we receive.

3 bed slats broke over a little over a year, from sitting on the bed (normal weight) and customer service responded the weight has to be distributed evenly, meaning this bed can only be lied on? IKEA slats performed much better.

We bought a wooden table with 2 extensions and 4 wooden chairs that got delivered and installed by 2 unpleasant and not nice guys. After a month of use, we discovered that one of the extensions was broken and one of the chairs was bumpy so we had to call to see if they could fix it.They decided to send a new table and a new chair and the 2 same unpleasant guys came over to install the table. When the installation was finished, we notice that the new table has a weird pattern in zigzag that does not seem natural. We call again to check what is this pattern and we get a template response saying that this is a natural product and that different patterns may occur and thus, it is not considered a defect and it cannot be exchanged ?.So now we are stuck with a table that we don't even like it.

Looks good and inexpensive but.... The sofas Quality is very BAD. I bought 4 sofas over 5 years at EQ3 and the Problem is that the foam Quality of the cushions (seat and back) is really terrible. Very cheap. After a year you Will want to throw it away even if you did not use the sofa regularly and are not overweight. It gets Very uncomfortable as the foam gets very thin. It is a pity because the design and Choice of fabrics are appealing. Customer service at EQ3 advised me to shake the cushions everyday, but it makes not difference. Such a waste. EQ3 should use cushion material that is more sustainable!

I just wanted to share a quick review and testimonial for Eq3. I tried out some Herman Miller chairs over there. The staff was very helpful, giving good guidance on when they are all available at the store, then looking up shipping price and walking me through the process prior to checkout. I expect you'll get quality customer service once you actually buy your items too

We went there and we can see the quality of the sofas etc… are good and seem to hold in the long term. However, very very expensive, you can go to 7k for a sofa and plus there is no reason to buy in store and in person, the personal doesn’t negotiate at all. We had an unpleasant experience since when trying to negotiate, the seller just told us anyway they sell enough in the world so No need for them to negotiate. Very very bad behaviour, test in store and order online.

I never leave any reviews, but the customer service is terrible! I bought a dining table, and they were supposed to deliver it on a specific day so I took the day off to make sure I was present for the delivery. They had the wrong address and when I realized the mistake they made I called the store to rectify. The guy that answered simply said: there’s no way for me to call the entrepôt, as we do not have any number to contact the delivery guys… they refused to do anything and simply said they’re not responsible! When I called to have a refund for the delivery they said it was not possible even though they made a mistake and made me miss a day of work. They are extremely rude and they offer no assistance whatsoever

Better than Ikea, without a doubt. Prices are also way higher, as expected. I did not buy anything, so I can't talk about the quality. I was a little bit disappointed in the selection, not as many products as I had thought.

Great quality, good price, friendly staff. They didn't send the right couch though. Right model and color, but it was suppose to come with dimples.
