I visited F45 Griffintown on passport from Toronto and had an incredible experience. The trainers are experienced, attentive, and genuinely supportive. The owner was at the front greeting members as they arrived, which created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The locker rooms are clean, spacious, and much larger than what I’m used to at other F45 studios. The class was busy—in the best way—with positive vibes and great energy from both the coaches and members.
I felt immediately welcomed and will definitely be back for another passport visit. Thank you, Jean, Susan and team! Highly recommend! 💙💪
