About FedEx Ship Centre
FedEx Ship Centre offers a positive shipping experience with helpful and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the assistance with packing and moving items, with specific praise for staff members like Zachary, who consistently provides efficient and enthusiastic service. The location is easy to find, despite occasional construction outside the main entrance. Many reviews highlight the staff's willingness to go the extra mile, such as providing recycled materials for shipping. However, there is some disappointment regarding the package holding policy, as it does not fully comply with the advertised five business days. Overall, the service is regarded as pleasant and accommodating.
