Zero customer service & rudeness.
On October 26, the assistant manager (according to his badge) came towards me. No Hello. I had to switch (obligatory) from Fido to Chatr for prepaid.
I had a photo of my passport which he refused. He wanted to have the original. I have been a Fido customer for 10 years.
Nothing to do. Before leaving, I say “goodbye” to him: he turns away and doesn’t respond. I had to repeat it twice before he gave me a half-hearted goodbye.
I paid for everything the same day at Norcom, rue St-Denis. With a smile.

I arrived, had no wait time, was helped by a great agent named Gem. They were truly a gem! They helped me upgrade my phone and found a really great deal for me that included insurance for my new device. Thank you Fido, thank you Gem

Disappointed with the service
I already have a Roger’s package and I wanted a 2nd number for professional reasons but only to receive
The guy doesn't even bother to understand and tells me I have to pay the activation fees and commit to at least 3 months
He kicked me out indirectly
I went to the fido store in the Eaton center
And I was served in less than 5 minutes
They adapted the offer to my needs (they finally offered me chatr which corresponds to my needs)
But it’s up to the salesperson to adapt it, I’m not supposed to know everything about their offers before arriving at their place

Terrible customer service in this store. This was the worst experience I’ve had in Canada. The staff are so busy chatting with their coworkers that they ignore the needs of their customers.

I am really happy with the service I received from Alvaro! He is super attentive and he really took the time to answer my questions. I ended up getting a lot more than I thought for the price I wanted to pay!
Even wireless internet for really not much per month, cellular plans at 200G per month, USA/CANADA/MEXICO, Really practical!
In short, I highly recommend it!

A big thank you to Charles for his patience and professionalism today. I'm not ready to say the same thing about the big clown and the two clowns who are clearly not focused on their work and customer service.
Above all, we must not bother denigrating black people because there are some who pay a fortune for tanning?

Thursday August 8 around 6 p.m. I had super good service to pick up my iPhone that I had ordered from Rogers.
Then the very helpful employee also helped me with a Rogers credit card/mastercard.
He also informed me of a wi-fi network that is cheaper than the one I currently have.
Very good service!

The service in this store lacks customer focus. There is no turn system, so you do not know when it is your turn. They make you wait and attend to other people, even if those customers arrived after you. In this store, the employees do not answer all your questions or inform you about all the deals available. I had to find my offer/deal on the app, where I discovered a better deal than what they offered me. I do not recommend this store for customer service. I hope they can improve this service in this store, since I arrived to Canada, Fido has been a good telephone provider.

Spokesperson and waiting time. In order to get the impression that waiting time is short, the spokesperson takes your call and puts you on hold. This way your waiting time is shortened. However, I spent less than a minute to exchange information and another 15 waiting. I decided to hung up. I’m looking forward to find a better phone company.

Simply the worst mobile service provider out there.
For some reason I stayed with them for 7 years and never had a single good experience when calling them for any kind of request I had. There are a lot of good alternatives out there, do your research but do not waste your time with Fido.
