Ugliest service provider ever? I called their customer service waited an hour, finally operator from India answered my call totally ignorant☝️ didn’t help me with unlocking my phone. I would NOT recommend this provider.

I knew Fido has great virtual customer service but I was impressed by the service I got from this store. I was served by Matteo, he helped me with a new phone and trading in the old one and porting my number to Roger’s. He took time to provide me the information and got me very good deal.

The person who opens the door acts like the gatekeeper of the central bank or something. Chill bro. The customer service is terrible they treat you as hostage and act awful when you ask them about anything. The guy who sold me the phone and sim was a bald guy. I don't remember his name but started being sort of racist and biased about us. Forced me to pick add-on 6$/month, and after more than one year of paying this amount, I realized that this was not necessary at all, and he fooled us to pick it.I wish I could give 0 stars.Avoid this place.Moreover, there are several hidden charges for your plan, and read every detail carefully.P.S. Even if you want to decrease the data on your plan you will be charged more.

They have extremely BAD services, especially the assistant manager of this Fido's flagship store.I am transferring from Fido to Rogers. Rogers asked me to go to this Fido's flagship store to pick up the phone and the Sim card. When I went there they tried everything to block me to transfer, including lying, rotating me from one employee to another employee. First, after the waiting, when I was accepted by one employee, as the verifying of my id was finished, she said she couldn't do it, and then transferred me to the assistant manager. This assistant manager was even worse. He just pretended to do the work before the screen, and after about one hour's "work", he told me he couldn't continue and there were errors. Then I called Rogers to involve in this issue. This Fido's assistant manager lied to Roger's employee, saying that he used my driver's license and passport number to login but failed. This is clearly lying, because he even didn't ask me the passport number. How could he use my passport number without asking me the passport number? This is clear a lying. After I complained, he said he would try, he asked me my passport number. After inputting the passport number, there was a button called 'continue' to go ahead. So there is clearly no any error to continue, while he lied to Roger's employee saying that there was an error blocking him. This is another example of his lying.How can an assistant manager of a Fido's flagship store be so continuously lying?It's extremely d*sg*sting!Leave away Fido!

Terrible customer service - be aware of the hidden surprise charges, all happy and sweet while buying and when it comes to post sales service it’s all attitude, frustration and anger towards the customer. Please train your staff to be courteous and humble its human who walk into store not an ATM to lure the money out as you like. Smiling at sale and during return you show anger frustration and impoliteness towards the customer.Especially this comment is to that prejudice person in this St Catherine West store ..

This store has the best customer service! The staff (JP and Helen) were friendly, funny and extremely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied! We actually laughed the whole time we were there. 11/10 would recommend.

We come to a locked door, a person opens the door looking a bit annoyed, doesn't welcome us just looks at us like "what do you want?" So my husband and I confusedly ask " is it closed?"Him "no! It says on the sign to ring!"Ok, we go in."Why are you here today?"Us "we are looking for a new phone since the phone is broken..we were thinking the new iPhone"Him "it didn't come out yet!"Again, not trying to help or anything! Likely husband's phone is broken and we just need a new phone!! This person just wanted us out! My husband try to ask for other phones, we are still just standing at the door, it's almost like he don't want us in at all....and yup we left with no phones no help, completely useless for us to come all the way! We are paying customers for fido for over 7 years now and this made me think maybe I find another place to pay $100 a month...not surprised with the already 3.2 stars....good luck going there!

Best customer service! The staffs extremely friendly and helpful. I was helped by Helen, she set me up with a new phone and a great plan. She really went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deals. She was so insanely helpful and thoughtful, an absolute angel! ?

Extremely Disappointing Service - Zero Stars if PossibleI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Fido shop, and I feel compelled to share the details. Despite the limitations of Google reviews, if there were an option to give zero stars, I would do so based on my encounter.Upon visiting this place, I encountered a highly unpleasant situation with a specific employee. The girl with her hair up at the middle desk this afternoon was exceptionally rude. Despite her colleague being available right next to her, she refused to serve me and asked me to wait aside. Adding to the frustration, her colleague proceeded to serve another customer who arrived after me.To make matters worse, I had already waited for a considerable time at the first front desk, where I was told to proceed to reach other employees. However, the girl with her hair up not only declined to serve me herself but also prevented her colleague from doing so. This blatant lack of respect left me feeling deeply disappointed and undervalued as a customer.Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and unfortunately, this particular interaction fell far below acceptable standards. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior from a staff member.I have to say not all of their employee members are like that, and I had encountered a great girl before.But I still sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for better training and professionalism among their employees. Regrettably, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this Fido shop. It is crucial for them to recognize the importance of respecting and valuing their customers.I genuinely hope that future patrons have a more positive encounter, free from the disrespectful treatment I experienced.

The waiting time in Fido, in my experience, was extremely long this time, over an hour. The employees were playing with a footbag (Hacky Sack) between each them, never took care of the customer. This time, not recommended.
