What a horrible attitude. First attention agent was condescending and aggressive, totally fed up of his work it seems, salesman was significantly better but this sort of host/floor manager or whatever he is, was atrocious.

Make sure you shop around before buying there. Sure staff members are qualified but paying 30% more on a entry level turntable is ridiculous.

Update 2: GREAT after sale service, if not the best. Despite some issues that I won't disclose regarding the product recieved, I can't help but feel satisfied because the after sale service has been top notch. Very helpful, efficient and personalized approach, the kind big retailers won't give you. Overall satisfying first time experience and will look them up first for brand-new audio purchases from now on.
Update 1: Without me asking, they refunded the extra shipping cost, which wasn't necessary, but is a very nice gesture.
For such high costs, and after paying specifically for the Purolator Extress 1-Day delivery, they didn't give the full adress (missing appartment number). As such, you are required to correct the adress yourself, which causes delay and breaks the 1-Day (business) promess you've paid for and planned your schedule around for the expected delivery date. Disappointing on that front, otherwise satisfying experience. Will do business again if the after-sale service isn't as bad as some reviews claim it to be

love my new marshall acton III, and the customer service here was amazing. i just missed the sale and emailed them about it, and they gave me early access to an upcoming (better) sale instead. sooo appreciative and it fits my vibe so well! unreal speaker and service!

After a very disappointing experience with Purolator, this store did their best to help correct the situation. They had a good sale on a receiver I wanted and also stock of a wireless rear speaker in the colour I was looking for.

Bought the McLaren PI8 earbuds which weren't in stock at the time of ordering (they were just released) and as soon as they arrived I was notified and they were shipped to me. Great communication and customer service. I've been using the earbuds all summer and they are the best I've ever had. (I've had high end models from Jabra, Technics and B&O before)

I had a problem with my Sonos system and I wasted a lot of time trying to resolve it without success. I spoke to Marco on the phone who resolved the problem in 5 minutes, thank you for the excellent service, it's great to buy on the internet but nothing equals the service you receive from a company like Filion.

Fillion electronics claims to know about home automation, but our experience was very disappointing. They had to pull out of our project (TVs, sound, lights) because nothing was working properly, even the recessed lights wouldn't light up.
We had to change suppliers in the middle of the project, which was extremely frustrating. Although they are good at getting an agreement signed, their follow-up and execution are very poor. We expected much better service.
